General Service Lead Technician / B-Level Mechanic (Automotive)

Location: 424 Baypark Drive, Holland, Michigan, United States; onsite automotive service work.

Salary: USD 75,000–105,000 yearly; benefits also mention up to $25 per hour plus a flag-hour bonus for highly skilled technicians.

What you will do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and other maintenance and repair services.
• Complete state-mandated vehicle emissions and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest vehicle concerns and communicate damage or malfunctions to the service department.
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance reports.
• Follow hazardous waste, OSHA right-to-know, and other federal, state, and local service regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.

Requirements

• Current driver's license required.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift or move more than 50 pounds occasionally and work with tools on elevated vehicles and in tight spaces.
• Manual dexterity with hand tools, ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment and use a computer efficiently.
