Software Development Engineer in Test (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated test scripts, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI tools to test case generation, test data creation, defect prediction, and testing-cycle optimization.
• Plan and execute functional, application, regression, and performance testing projects.
• Design, update, and improve quality testing procedures and software QA processes.
• Define test objectives and collaborate with QA and other departments on project goals.
• Provide testing metrics and evaluate emerging automation, performance, and AI testing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field plus at least five years of relevant software QA experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with test automation and scripting in C# or Java.
• Knowledge of AI tools for test automation and QA enhancement.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and experience in a DevOps CI/CD testing environment.
• Knowledge of cloud and virtualization testing environments.
• Experience with requirements management, test management, and defect-tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI integration in testing workflows, test case generation, test data creation, or defect analysis.
• AI-related certifications or training, such as Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals or AI for Software Testing.
• Experience in a global work environment and knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with microservice testing techniques.
