DevOps Engineer

Location: Porto, Portugal — hybrid

What you will do

• Develop and support innovative technology solutions for business investment banking and financial services operations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate infrastructure and system integration with Python, Shell Script, and PowerShell.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Integrate APIs and support frontend and backend services including Apache, JBoss, IIS, IHS, and Nginx.
• Apply version control, Agile methodologies, network protocols, and security best practices.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, scripting, containerization, orchestration, automation, and system integration.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and/or SVN, as well as API usage.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend services, network protocols, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Fluent English is required.
