Junior/Mid DevOps Engineer (CI/CD)

Location: Hybrid, based in Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Develop automation and system integration scripts using Python, Shell Script, or PowerShell.
• Deploy and operate scalable services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot frontend and backend services including Apache, JBoss, IIS, IHS, and Nginx.
• Analyze incidents, solve infrastructure problems, and collaborate across teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Experience with Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Python and Shell Script or PowerShell scripting skills.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English at B2 level and availability for hybrid work based in Porto.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit in Portugal, is required.
