HR Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Franklin, New Hampshire, Monday–Friday

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Franklin HR team and employee HR questions.
• Enter and maintain HR data in Workday, ServiceNow, and UltiPro, including hiring, termination, job changes, compensation, leave, benefits, and payroll actions.
• Support HR business partners with reporting, presentations, employee relations documentation, and termination agreements.
• Facilitate voluntary exit interviews and coordinate termination activities with benefits and payroll teams.
• Provide project support for Workday, talent management, learning and development, and recruitment initiatives.
• Handle confidential HR information while collaborating with managers and HR partners across the region.

Requirements

• Problem-solving, ethical decision-making, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with employees at all levels.
• Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, flexibility, and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred.
• Understanding of applicable laws, policies, regulations, and workplace safety practices.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing are conditions of employment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least one year of experience in an HR role.
• French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, or Kirundi language skills.
