Service Desk Analyst (IT Support)

Location: Hybrid working in Peterborough, United Kingdom; two days per week in the Peterborough office, including Wednesday, and three days working from home.

What you will do

• Deliver first- and second-line IT support by phone, ticketing system, and live chat.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Set up laptops, accounts, and permissions for new starters.
• Investigate common and unfamiliar technical problems and provide solution-focused support to internal colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in a service desk or IT support role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows, MS Exchange, Azure Active Directory, or MS Entra ID.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and live chat tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and flexible approach to supporting non-technical colleagues.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule requiring two days per week in the Peterborough office.

Nice to have

• Basic Mac troubleshooting or Jamf experience.
• MS Intune experience.
• Experience creating or managing mailboxes.
• Exposure to hybrid or remote IT support setups.
