Project Manager (Construction/CDW): Managing the planning, procurement, design coordination, construction integration, and delivery of CDW packages for sports and entertainment facilities with an accent on supplier management, contract administration, cost control, and technical compliance. Focus on coordinating design and construction stakeholders, monitoring factory production, resolving field issues, and controlling schedules, budgets, quality, and project risks.
Location: Milan, Italy; full-time, with construction site tours and in-person coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

What you will do
- Manage daily project management activities for CDW packages across planning, design, procurement, construction integration, and delivery.
- Define CDW scope, requirements, interfaces, and integration with the main works while maintaining alignment with project objectives, design intent, schedule, and budget.
- Identify suppliers, manufacturers, system integration consultancies, and commissioning agents; manage prequalification, tendering, clarifications, proposal evaluation, and supplier selection.
- Coordinate design development, review shop drawings, resolve design conflicts and field problems, and maintain alignment with architectural and engineering teams.
- Oversee contracts, procurement, negotiations, purchase orders, supplier production schedules, factory monitoring, delivery, installation, and site logistics.
- Control schedules, budgets, costs, quality, compliance, risks, change orders, open issues, field reports, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in design, construction, or a related services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with WBS, construction change orders, budgets, architectural and engineering plans, contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, project programmes, and project agreements.
- Familiarity with building permit approvals and municipal planning or external stakeholder approvals in Italy is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational, and multitasking skills; ability to work independently and learn new concepts quickly.
- Microsoft Project and Excel are required. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
