Data Entry Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load customer data into the SaaS platform.
• Lead customer migrations from legacy systems while preserving historical data integrity and compatibility.
• Manage multiple data sources, resolve formatting conflicts, and perform precise manual data entry where automation is unavailable.
• Handle sensitive HR and customer information in accordance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with data, configuration, and internal support teams on data-related needs.
• Test and develop automation tools, including internal AI and LLM solutions for data verification and validation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data modeling, data integration, or data migration.
• Programming knowledge and experience with Python.
• Experience working with REST API endpoints.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and organization.
• Spanish at C1 to native level, written and spoken.
• English at B2 level for internal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS data structures.
• Experience building data or LLM pipelines.
• Familiarity with Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or customer-related roles.
