Program Manager, Defense - Electric Power (Electric Power)

Location: Dallas, Texas, with onsite presence five days a week. Domestic travel up to 25% and minimal international travel are required. Domestic relocation assistance is not offered.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex electric power programs and business growth initiatives for U.S. and international defense customers.
• Translate customer requirements into program plans, deliverable solutions, and commercially viable products.
• Coordinate engineering, product, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and contracting teams.
• Define program scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
• Manage risks, resolve technical and commercial issues, and negotiate changes to scope, schedule, pricing, suppliers, and contracts.
• Report program status, risks, opportunities, and decisions to leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Experience leading defense or governmental programs.
• Experience with machine and component product development across design, development, validation, and delivery.
• Strong background in electric power program leadership.
• Knowledge of data-driven decision-making, influencing, stakeholder alignment, cross-team integration, program management, and team management.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas, five days per week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; the role is subject to U.S. export-control requirements, including ITAR and EAR.
