Knowledge Management Lead (AI)

Location: Remote (Global, but must have legal right to work in country of residence)

hirify.global is the world’s largest healthcare platform, connecting millions of patients with doctors across 13 countries through marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the product knowledge model, ensuring facts are self-contained and structured for AI assistants.
• Lead the transition from traditional article writing to fact-checking and documentation-as-code.
• Design methods for extracting knowledge that code does not contain, collaborating with Product Managers and Experts.
• Create working guides and training sessions to build documentation skills within the team.
• Establish quality standards and review loops to ensure consistency across global markets.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, or knowledge management.
• Comfortable working with Git and GitHub to navigate large codebases and review changes.
• Experience designing content structures using Markdown, YAML, or JSON.
• Understanding of how AI assistants retrieve and use content.
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence; no visa sponsorship available.
