Salary: $97,700–$130,300 annually

What you will do
- Guide and execute the technical documentation strategy and roadmap in alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
- Advance Docs as Code standards, tooling, contribution workflows, governance, and publishing automation.
- Shape information architecture and content structures to improve knowledge discovery and usability.
- Create and improve technical, product, and API documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Develop AI-assisted documentation practices and support authoritative knowledge for agentic product development.
- Measure and improve developer experience through data, research, feedback, and cross-functional influence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical writing or developer documentation experience in a modern software, SaaS, or developer-platform environment.
- Exceptional technical writing and information architecture skills, supported by a portfolio or relevant work examples.
- Experience with Docs as Code, Git-based contribution and review, documentation platforms, automated quality checks, and publishing workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, OpenAPI specifications, software development workflows, and modern developer tooling.
- Experience building scalable documentation standards, governance, contribution models, and team workflows.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to documentation or knowledge workflows, plus strong collaboration and influence skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
