Staff DevOps (Azure) Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, or Brazil

What you will do

• Partner with clients to craft and deliver digital solutions that create business value.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.
• Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes.
• Establish DevOps metrics and KPIs while driving the adoption of technologies that improve efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshoot high-level system issues and incidents and ensure system security, compliance, and reliability.
• Provide technical direction to engineers, collaborate with executive leadership, and represent the organization at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of DevOps experience, including significant leadership experience.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline configuration, automation, and best practices.
• Strong Azure cloud architecture and automation experience, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Experience with data workflows, ETL processes, Azure data services, monitoring, logging, cloud security, and compliance.
