Client Experience Associate (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver customer service and process a variety of banking and financial transactions.
• Educate customers on available banking options, digital tools, and transaction-management resources.
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate banking opportunities to branch staff.
• Engage customers in the branch lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems accurately.
• Complete teller and branch operations while following established policies and risk controls.

Requirements

• Customer-focused approach with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn banking products, branch procedures, and financial transactions.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, fraud awareness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Typically less than one year of related experience; a university degree is not required.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• No required degree, certification, license, or language assessment.
