Legal Translator (Arabic)

Legal & Regulatory Operations provides translation, paralegal, regulatory, and transactional support to lawyers and clients across the UAE and wider GCC region.

What you will do

• Translate legal documents, agreements, correspondence, communications, laws, regulations, governmental guidance, and regulatory updates between Arabic and English.
• Review, proofread, and quality-assure bilingual materials for accuracy, consistency, and legal integrity.
• Prepare, review, and manage bilingual legal documentation.
• Support lawyers with client transactions, regulatory filings, licensing matters, legal document reviews, and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct legal research and provide paralegal support across corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters.
• Assist with document management, matter administration, legal operations, and regional projects.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in legal translation within the UAE or wider Middle East region, including Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic translation.
• Experience reviewing and drafting bilingual legal documentation.
• Previous experience in paralegal, legal operations, or legal support services.
• Strong understanding of UAE legal, regulatory, and governmental processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, prioritisation, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate, regulatory, or transactional legal matters.
• Degree in Law, Translation, Languages, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and legal document management systems.
