Sr. Manager, HCC Middle East (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, United Arab Emirates; travel up to 20–30%, primarily within the Middle East.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Healthcare Compliance Officer for Middle East markets.
• Develop and execute healthcare compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks across commercial, promotional, professional education, and operational activities.
• Advise business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision-making.
• Oversee training, monitoring, risk assessments, issue management, investigations, audits, and regulatory interactions.
• Present compliance risk assessments and recommendations to country, regional, and senior leadership while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes applicable across Middle East markets.
• Leadership experience managing complex, multi-country or cluster-level compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Ethics.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or the broader life sciences industry.
• Experience supporting Middle East compliance programs within a global organization.
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring, investigations, remediation, and audits.
• Experience in highly matrixed, multicultural environments and with change management.
