Focus on maintaining accurate audit data, reviewing evidence and findings, and coordinating auditors and auditees through audit closure.

What you will do

  • Administer and maintain the Audit Information Management System, including audit, finding, action, and record updates.
  • Plan and coordinate Operations and Technical audits, including logistics, audit packs, briefings, follow-up, and closure.
  • Perform quality control on audit activities, reports, records, findings, and objective evidence.
  • Coordinate communication between auditors, auditees, Compliance Managers, and the Head of Compliance Monitoring.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions, audit schedules, inbox activity, and follow-up deadlines.
  • Analyse audit data to identify trends and issues, prepare status reports, and support audit database training.

Requirements

  • UAE national able to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
  • At least 4 years of airline experience.
  • Knowledge of compliance monitoring systems, audit techniques, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Fluent English.
  • High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • A university degree is preferred.
