What you will do

• Lead the implementation of domestic and export sales order management processes within the iShift program.
• Guide preparation, scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities for standardized end-to-end processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate process design with Global Process Leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Lead K-user engagement, testing, training, solution validation, and advanced hypercare support.
• Manage continuous improvement, business value projects, complex change requests, risks, issues, and governance.
• Lead and develop a team of order management experts and analysts, including performance management, coaching, resource allocation, and recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in order management processes and at least 3 years of people management experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP implementation projects and a strong understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience leading transformation programs and developing order management teams.
• Advanced project management, change management, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Fluent English is required.
