SAP Presales Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Hybrid in Malaga, Granada, Valencia, or Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
• Design and present SAP SuccessFactors solutions together with hirify.global services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that explain solution capabilities and value.
• Support detailed proposals and responses to client bids.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and implementation teams to transition presales work into project execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR presales.
• In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Time, and Talent modules, preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
