Financial Analyst, IT Planning & Performance Brazil

What you will do

• Support IT Planning and Performance Management with ZBB OPEX budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Consolidate and analyze actuals, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and spending across IT ZBB and Capex categories.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, AOP consolidations, expenditure forecasts, and management summaries.
• Manage purchase requisitions, shopping carts, purchase orders, invoice validation, and supplier follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to support accurate and timely payments.
• Provide financial oversight for technology projects and prepare reports for senior management and C-level executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese required for daily vendor calls.
• Knowledge of Brazilian taxes, including ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, DIFAL, and withholding taxes.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and experience working with large groups or teams to implement changes based on financial analysis.
• SAP experience is strongly preferred; Power BI experience is preferred.
