Location: Field-based territory in the United States, covering Denver and Aurora, Colorado, and Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska; permanent residence in the listed territory required. Up to 50% of time is spent on-site with healthcare providers and staff, with travel up to 75%.
Salary: $102,000–$177,100 base pay annually, plus eligibility for the company’s long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Educate healthcare providers and office staff on reimbursement processes, claims, coding, coverage, and payer requirements.
- Provide field-based support for patient access, fulfillment, affordability, prior authorization, billing, and appeals.
- Analyze account and market data to identify access barriers and develop timely solutions.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, key account managers, managed care colleagues, and internal J&J functions.
- Build trusted relationships with assigned accounts and serve as a reimbursement and access subject matter expert.
- Manage territory logistics, routing, account planning, compliance, and required training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare or business/public administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in account management, reimbursement, managed care, or provider-office operations.
- Expertise in pharmacy and medical benefits, including buy-and-bill, coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals.
- Experience with patient support hub services and the ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and follow-through skills.
- Valid US driver’s license and permanent residence in the assigned territory required.
Nice to have
- Neuroscience disease-state experience.
- Advanced degree or certifications in prior authorization, billing, or coding.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private payer initiatives, and payer policy.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI.
