Commercial Construction Project Executive (Advanced Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide executive oversight for semiconductor, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing construction projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, change management, profitability, schedules, logistics, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate complex MEP systems, process utilities, controls, life-safety systems, specialized production equipment, shutdowns, and utility tie-ins.
• Lead contract negotiations, resolve scope, schedule, cost, and contractual matters, and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop project teams while supporting business development in the Northern California market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or in a comparable leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or advanced manufacturing projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, process utilities, equipment coordination, commissioning, facility turnover, and construction in active manufacturing or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with preconstruction, estimating, contract negotiation, scheduling, financial management, risk management, and complex project programs.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards is expected.
