IT Operations Associate Analyst

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; hybrid workstyle with at least three days per week in a hirify.global office, including Monday or Friday. Monday–Friday schedule consists of five eight-hour shifts starting at 2:00 PM.

What you will do

• Monitor enterprise job schedules across multiple environments.
• Troubleshoot production-processing incidents using documented procedures and available knowledge.
• Provide accurate and timely information about abnormal processing situations.
• Communicate and escalate scheduling and production issues to second- and third-level IT Operations support and leadership.
• Execute service management requests and schedule maintenance downtime when appropriate.
• Maintain production request and processing-status records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 7–12 months of general work experience.
• Knowledge of current operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration and IT service management tools.
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, video conferencing tools, BMC Control-M, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues, prioritize by business impact, and follow established procedures.
