What you will do
- Manage monthly, half-year, and year-end financial reporting and close activities.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, provisions, and accounting estimates.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support the application of accounting standards.
- Manage the internal control framework and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
- Support transfer pricing, tax compliance, statutory reporting, impairment testing, and financial analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting, controls, and finance processes.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet management, controls, and audit experience.
- Experience in a global or matrix organisation and ability to collaborate across international teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, and complex financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, or similar platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle CPM, Hyperion, IBM Cognos PAX, or similar consolidation and reporting tools.
- Background in multinational manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience leading finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and international statutory reporting.
