IT Internal Audit Analyst (German Speaking)

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do

• Support and coordinate ICS and external audits for SAP and non-SAP applications, databases, and IT processes.
• Coordinate audit walkthroughs, evidence collection, and follow-up activities.
• Support control owners with ICS guidance, documentation, and training.
• Assess audit findings, control deficiencies, and remediation measures while performing control testing.
• Contribute to control automation, best-practice controls, and continuous improvement.
• Support international Deutsche Telekom entities on ICS-related topics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in IT.
• Good German and English communication skills.
• Experience in IT or internal audit, IT risk, internal controls, information security, compliance, quality management, IT operations, applications, databases, or infrastructure.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with CISA, ISO 27001/19011, IAM, SAP, SDLC, change management, Azure, AWS, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma, or process improvement.
