Global Audit Manager (m/f/d) (Cloud)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; remote work is restricted to Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Base salary: from €2,500 gross per month, depending on seniority and previous experience; variable compensation and other financial benefits are also provided.

What you will do

• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits of an open cloud platform.
• Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance with applicable IT audit requirements.
• Create and map requirements catalogs for SOC 1, SOC 2, BSI C5, ISO standards, and related frameworks.
• Advise cross-functional teams on information security and IT security during audits.
• Answer audit questions from auditors, customers, and central departments.
• Identify compliance gaps, support remediation, and escalate risks and issues for resolution.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
• At least 3 years of professional IT experience, ideally involving cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with IT audits or certifications, including SOC 1, SOC 2, BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or ISO standards.
• Experience in requirements engineering, including creating and mapping requirements catalogs.
• Strong knowledge of software security concepts and data protection rules.
• Fluent written and spoken English and availability to work remotely from Slovakia.

• Fluent written and spoken German.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
