Client Services Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hong Kong, hybrid

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests related to Eze Software products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software configuration, data integrity, and system performance issues.
• Provide functional guidance and help clients optimize investment management and trading workflows.
• Escalate complex issues, track resolutions, and document client interactions in CRM systems.
• Conduct client training sessions and demonstrations of new features.
• Support client onboarding, initial setup, configuration, and feedback for product and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing support role, preferably in financial technology.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, and trading workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience troubleshooting software applications and understanding database concepts such as SQL.
• Fluent English is required; Cantonese is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in Cantonese.
