Sr. Specialist, Service Associate - Schwab Wealth Advisory

Location: Onsite in Westlake, Texas, United States

Salary: USD $30.10–$43.17 per hour, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Respond to inbound service requests from high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and internal business partners.
• Clarify requests, triage inquiries, route work appropriately, and resolve service, operational, and planning-related issues.
• Document cases, workflows, operating standards, updates, and follow-up activities accurately.
• Explain processes and requirements through clear oral and written communication.
• Manage multiple priorities and build partnerships across Schwab Wealth Advisory.

Requirements

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license required, or obtainable within 120 days.
• At least one year of financial services experience.
• Client, advisor, or operational support experience is preferred.
• Experience with CRM, case management, or workflow platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
