What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
• Build client relationships by understanding customer needs and supporting a high-quality service experience.
• Analyze client requests, account activity, and service trends to identify process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, service reviews, product education, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, operations, and support teams to track issues and monitor service performance.
• Contribute to client retention and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, communications, customer experience, marketing, finance, economics, management information systems, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• Rising senior graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available for this position.
