Annual salary: $155,000–$185,000 USD, plus benefits, potential equity, and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Build channel and audience strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and additional recommended channels.
• Define goals, success metrics, reporting, analytics, and optimization processes for social content and campaigns.
• Create high-quality videos, graphics, posts, Shorts, highlight reels, blog posts, and other platform-native content with the creative team.
• Partner with growth marketing on paid and organic social campaigns and with the brand team on awareness campaigns.
• Develop LinkedIn content and audience growth initiatives with Talent Brand and Recruiting.
• Amplify thought leadership, customer impact stories, and timely discussions through social channels.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, in-house or at an agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, graphics, copywriting, and proven performance.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into engaging, digestible content for customers, investors, and the general public.
• Creative, curious, collaborative, mission-driven, and willing to take thoughtful risks.
• Interest in the operational areas served by hirify.global and the ability to follow relevant news and research.
