Senior Customer Content Strategist (AI)

Salary: $159,000–$188,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the US customer content pipeline, selecting stories, formats, audiences, and timelines.
• Lead customer video production from concept through final cut, including scoping, directing, production management, and editorial review.
• Build and maintain customer reference and advocacy programs with Engagement and Sales.
• Create case studies, proof points, metrics, testimonials, and other written customer evidence.
• Deliver searchable, tagged customer content for Sales and support events, launches, conferences, and market distribution.
• Define content success metrics and use AI-enabled workflows to increase output while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer content, brand video, or content production, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or professional services.
• Hands-on experience across the full video production process, from concept and direction through production management and post-production; a reel or portfolio is required.
• Experience building customer story, reference, or advocacy programs and managing participants over time.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders at large, cautious, or regulated organizations, including communications and legal approvals.
• Strong case study and narrative writing skills, plus the ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Brand, and Communications.
• Ability to use AI tools for production and repurposing while maintaining independent editorial and visual judgment.
