What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services using Python and/or Go.
• Contribute to production systems serving users globally.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, AI/ML, and product engineers.
• Apply distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance principles.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Own meaningful projects from design through production.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands-on experience through internships, academic projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
• Experience building backend applications, APIs, or developer tools.
• Open-source contributions or strong personal engineering projects.
• Interest in AI, developer infrastructure, or large-scale systems.
