Salary: $102,300–$147,050 per year, plus potential performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications and systems.
• Lead feature and project execution, manage priorities and deadlines, and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Participate in architectural design and reviews focused on scalability, reliability, maintainability, and observability.
• Review code, provide technical feedback, document product changes, and mentor junior engineers.
• Build automated and unit tests using tools such as JUnit and Selenium, following the test automation pyramid.
• Monitor service health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more of C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of software development practices, design patterns, version control with GitHub, and bug tracking with JIRA.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps principles, and end-to-end software ownership from requirements through production maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and accessible technology development.
