HR Services Advisor (French Speaking)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for HR service questions from hiring managers, employees, and HR colleagues.
• Manage HR requests end to end, including tracking, resolution, and closure.
• Provide advice and support for HR policies, procedures, administration, operational issues, and HR calendar events.
• Use HR and payroll systems, including Workday, to resolve queries and make defined process changes.
• Monitor transactional work quality and HR Services performance metrics.
• Share customer feedback and suggest HR technology and process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Experience in HR operations, employee services, or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to deliver a positive employee and stakeholder experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
