Cloud Developer (Apex/LWC)

What you will do

• Build a Salesforce Experience Cloud member portal with a roughly 60-question self-assessment that saves and resumes.
• Develop personal transition plans, member status pages, document upload functionality, and class request workflows.
• Write Apex logic for assessment-derived tiers and member-specific readiness requirements.
• Implement deadline calculations that recalculate from changing member separation dates.
• Build counselor approval functionality for member-requested classes.
• Ensure the portal meets Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer I certifications.
• Experience building Experience Cloud sites with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Section 508 or WCAG accessibility on a site used by real customers.
• Federal portal experience, preferably involving member-facing or citizen-facing Salesforce portals.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
