Senior Salesforce Software Developer

What you will do

• Own Salesforce features end to end, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment, and production support.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions across Salesforce, Boomi, NetSuite, and other integrated platforms.
• Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows with attention to testability, performance, and security.
• Set technical direction, identify risks, improve engineering standards, and promote effective Git, GitHub, branching, pull request, and CI/CD practices.
• Debug cross-system Salesforce, Boomi, and NetSuite issues to identify root causes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and collaborate with business systems analysts to turn requirements into buildable stories.

Requirements

• Several years of professional Salesforce development experience, including complex Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration work.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals covering data structures, testing strategy, design patterns, and maintainability.
• Hands-on Git and GitHub experience, including branching strategy, merge conflict resolution, and critical pull request reviews.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with middleware, ERP platforms, or similar external systems, such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or NetSuite.
• Experience mentoring or leading developers and communicating technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must work remotely from Brazil.
