What you will do

• Design and verify digital blocks, cores, and subsystems for ASIC products and FPGA-based validation.
• Contribute to client protocol mapping IP development for WaveLogic coherent engine chipsets.
• Implement digital designs using SystemVerilog, Verilog, and VHDL.
• Verify digital designs with SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
• Develop prototype and engineering automation solutions.
• Apply IEEE 802.3, ITU, and OIF communications standards to assigned ASIC development tasks.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Previous ASIC or FPGA development experience.
• Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, and Python.
• Strong verbal and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OTN, Ethernet, and other optical networking standards.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.
