Iteration Manager Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid work across Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney CBD offices, with working from home as agreed and required.

What you will do

• Facilitate and coordinate complex, strategic technology programs from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, risks, assumptions, resources, responsibilities, schedules, deliverables, and governance documentation.
• Establish effective collaboration between business analysts, business owners, product owners, and delivery teams through requirements and user story development.
• Track project status, team velocity, capacity, dependencies, financial health, budgets, risks, issues, and changes.
• Collaborate and negotiate with senior business and technology stakeholders and manage third-party delivery vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement, customer outcomes, delivery efficiency, and highly available, stable, and scalable services.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology programs in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong project management experience across initiation, planning, delivery, governance, reporting, risk management, and closure.
• Business analysis capability covering discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, solution design support, facilitation, and process improvement.
• Experience managing stakeholder environments, team capacity, delivery velocity, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project delivery certification.
• Knowledge of industry trends, meet-ups, and relevant case studies.
