Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour, paid weekly

What you will do
- Complete overnight fleet and facility maintenance, cleaning, organization, inspections, and equipment-readiness tasks.
- Prepare vehicles for next-day operations by checking compliance, supplies, cleanliness, and pre-trip and post-trip inspection records.
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and support preventative maintenance for vehicles, warehouse equipment, and facility systems.
- Triage overnight breakdowns and infrastructure issues, coordinating towing, vehicle swaps, emergency repairs, vendors, and daytime follow-up.
- Log inspections, defects, maintenance activities, repairs, equipment status, inventory, and supplies in operational systems.
- Serve as the overnight safety contact, report hazards and incidents, and support compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company standards.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, fleet, facilities, or operational roles.
- Basic understanding of vehicle inspections, maintenance, or facility operations.
- Ability to work overnight shifts onsite and independently; occasional schedule flexibility is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, Joeys, or other warehouse equipment.
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Forklift or equipment certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Overnight operations experience.
- Experience with Whip Around or similar inspection and maintenance systems.
