What you will do

• Demonstrate AI solutions to potential customers and identify customer issues and product improvement opportunities.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries through ticketing and email.
• Improve team efficiency through AI methods, FAQs, online communities, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• At least 1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or another technical customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Python programming in Linux environments.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• Good understanding of hardware.
