TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Frankfurt Region (Germany) and Basel (Switzerland)

What you will do
- Engage directly with customers onsite in the Frankfurt Region to understand scientific data challenges.
- Design and implement extensible data models to capture and organize complex scientific data.
- Develop Python-based parsers and integrate lab software (ELN/LIMS) via APIs.
- Build data visualizations and applications using frameworks like Streamlit, Plotly, and Holoviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI/ML models and optimize scientific workflows.
- Communicate progress and deliver regular demos to scientific and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- PhD with 4+ years or Masters with 8+ years of industry experience in life sciences.
- Extensive domain knowledge in drug discovery, preclinical development, or CMC.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments.
- German language proficiency: C1 level required.
- Must have existing work authorization in Germany/Switzerland (no visa sponsorship provided).
