Corporate Development Associate (AI/PropTech)

What you will do

• Build analysis and materials for equity raises, debt financing, capital structure decisions, valuation, dilution, and investor returns.
• Develop fundraising narratives, investor-ready materials, and data rooms.
• Prepare analysis for investor and Board discussions and turn operating and financial data into decision-ready insights.
• Research potential investors and support strategic growth projects, including international expansion and new markets.
• Build market assessments and financial models and work cross-functionally to turn strategic priorities into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Higher-degree education from a top-tier university.
• 2–4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital, growth investing, or investment banking/M&A.
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical, problem-solving, and commercial judgement skills.
• Ability to build models from scratch, stress-test assumptions, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Strong interest in AI, with practical use of AI in day-to-day work.
