What you will do

• Develop and strengthen client relationships through strategic advisory and execution of financial transactions.
• Create and analyze complex financial models and perform customized company valuations.
• Execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and manage fixed income and equity issuances.
• Prepare client presentations highlighting industry trends and strategic financial recommendations.
• Coordinate with tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers to lead due diligence and negotiate legal documentation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or an equivalent role.
• Strong record of academic and professional achievement.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members across multiple groups and regions.
• Location: London office
