What you will do
- Lead the Field Brokerage team and daily customs clearance operations.
- Oversee customs documentation, declarations, permits, duties, exemptions, and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customs and operational escalations while maintaining relationships with customers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements, develop team members, and provide operational updates to management.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in customs brokerage, customs clearance, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a team leader or management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clearance procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, customer management, team leadership, and operational management skills.
- Good command of English and Arabic required.
