What you will do

• Facilitate agile and design-thinking workshops to identify, challenge, and prioritize AI and automation use cases.
• Build and customize production agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, including grounding, connectors, actions, and enterprise workflows.
• Recommend suitable solutions across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform, automation, and search based on business outcomes.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, authentication, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems.
• Embed security, governance, Responsible AI, least-privilege access, monitoring, and approval controls throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Advise customers on Power Platform governance, managed environments, DLP policies, ALM, capacity management, and Center of Excellence tooling.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and customizing production agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, permissions, Dataverse, and SharePoint connectivity.
• Understanding of governance, environment strategy, deployment processes, tenant policies, and connector controls.
• Experience leading customer workshops, documenting solutions, and managing estimation and scope discussions.
• Fluent or professional English is required, written and verbal.
