What you will do

• Lead and execute advanced analytics and system improvement initiatives for clinical and operational use cases.
• Develop data science methodologies and formulate analysis plans with business stakeholders.
• Build supervised and unsupervised machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
• Develop scalable, robust code in Python or R and perform exploratory, system, integration, and database analysis.
• Design data engineering, preprocessing, wrangling, warehousing, and ingestion approaches for large datasets.
• Validate model outputs and manage the model lifecycle through code repositories and version control tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and a master's degree in data science, statistics, informatics, operations research, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, with knowledge of SQL and experience building data ecosystems, pipelines, analytics reports, BI dashboards, and machine learning models.
• Strong knowledge of traditional statistical methods and supervised and unsupervised machine learning.
• Experience with model development, validation, deployment, code repositories, version control, data wrangling, preprocessing, and data engineering on large datasets.
• Experience translating business requirements into realistic analytics and data integration solutions and delivering programs in matrix environments.
• Technical expertise in pharmaceutical clinical or other regulated-industry operations, including complex data integration, warehousing, and ingestion.
