Division SPS Practitioner (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote, with the Southeast as the target location and 80% travel required to plant sites. Based in Hartsville, South Carolina, USA.

Annual base salary: $122,320–$137,610, plus a 7.5% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead SPS implementation and Manufacturing Basics across the region and coordinate division-level steering activities.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, scorecards, trip reports, metrics, and stretch goals with division and plant leadership.
• Train, coach, and mentor plant associates and pillar teams on OEE, quality, waste reduction, process performance, supply chain efficiency, energy conservation, safety, and operating costs.
• Drive standardization of SPS processes, pillars, metrics, systems, communication formats, and improvement practices across plants and mills.
• Conduct plant visits, production-floor audits, 5S sweeps, DTM audits, OPL reviews, and machine-team communication-board reviews.
• Identify resource needs, support corrective action plans, and help plants complete SPS implementation milestones.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing leadership, engineering, or continuous improvement, including TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing disciplines, financials, and technologies.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams across multiple plant sites and regional teams.
• Experience working with shop-floor employees, developing teams, coaching, and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate intent, context, and knowledge clearly and effectively.
• Ability to travel to plant sites 80% of the time, with the Southeast as the target region.
