TL;DR
Quality Management System (QMS) (Aerospace/Automotive): Developing and consolidating a corporate quality management system and Quality Manual across multiple sites and departments with an accent on certification readiness, audit preparation, and ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 requirements. Focus on assessing fragmented QMS practices, defining documentation governance, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and coordinating with engineering and cybersecurity specialists.
Location: Hybrid in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada; Canadian permanent residents or citizens only

What you will do
- Assess and consolidate existing QMS practices across multiple sites and functions.
- Structure and support the corporate Quality Manual.
- Define documentation governance, templates, and common ways of working.
- Facilitate workshops with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, and IT.
- Clarify processes, responsibilities, and cross-functional interfaces.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Cybersecurity specialists to address applicable requirements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing or implementing Quality Management Systems.
- Experience creating Quality Manuals, processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Experience performing QMS gap assessments and preparing organizations for audits or certifications.
- Experience in complex, multi-site, cross-functional organizations.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be a Canadian permanent resident or Canadian citizen.
Nice to have
- Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
- ASPICE knowledge or implementation experience.
- ISO/SAE 21434 or UNECE R155 knowledge.
- ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS standards experience.
