What you will do
- Monitor daily operational exceptions, analyze root causes, and drive issue resolution against customer-contract KPIs.
- Visit customers, assess their needs, maintain relationships, and resolve logistics service issues.
- Analyze operational data and business scenarios to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
- Track revenue performance, identify customer needs, develop remedial actions, and support new business conversion.
- Coordinate operations, sales, product, and external resources to deliver standardized supply chain solutions.
Requirements
- Chinese-speaking capability is required for customer relationship management.
- Experience or capability in customer relationship management and logistics service coordination.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify root causes, and improve processes.
- Ability to coordinate across operations, sales, product, and other departments.
- Availability to work in Venray, Limburg Province, Netherlands.
