Product Manager Specialist | Payout (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for payout and money-movement solutions.
• Translate market insights, merchant pain points, and regulatory trends into detailed product specifications.
• Own products from concept through launch and continuous optimization, balancing scalability, quality, technical debt, and new features.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Prioritize epics and user stories, track delivery, and measure outcomes against clear success metrics.
• Identify opportunities that expand the product portfolio and generate new revenue streams.

Requirements

• Experience shipping and scaling revenue-generating financial products.
• Background in payment processors, fintech startups, or regulated financial institutions.
• End-to-end product ownership from concept through launch and optimization.
• Ability to combine multi-year strategic planning with sprint-level execution.
• Strong stakeholder influence, business acumen, and experience building business cases and modeling impact.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate with developers, executives, and diverse stakeholders.
