Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with the ability to physically go into the office. Travel within the United States may be required up to 10% of the time. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual base salary: $99,200–$165,400, plus a 12.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Execute organic social strategies for primary care, specialty care, oncology, and ForAll channels.
- Own quarterly and monthly editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, corporate moments, data milestones, regulatory milestones, and product needs.
- Brief, develop, adapt, and optimize social content while maintaining tone-of-voice and style standards.
- Coordinate influencer and partner content, agency workflows, taxonomy, tracking, previews, and quality assurance.
- Govern community response guidelines, escalation paths, listening standards, sentiment tracking, and rapid-response communications.
- Maintain measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, monthly readouts, and quarterly performance analyses in partnership with Paid Media.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in social media, community management, product communications, or corporate social; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Track record building brand communities and editorial operations at scale with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Fluency with enterprise social tools such as Sprinklr, social listening and monitoring, analytics, and agency management.
- Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes, content approvals, expirations, and archival requirements.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
